The article discuss contemporary practices related to spiritual diagnosis and treatment of occult issues such as magic (jadoo), possession (jinn), and black magic in an Islamic context. emphasizes the prevalence of fraudulent claims by many self-proclaimed spiritual healers who exploit people’s fears under the guise of Islamic spirituality and Quranic teachings. The main goal is to educate the audience on how to recognize genuine spiritual practitioners, understand the correct methods of diagnosis and treatment, and avoid falling victim to deceitful operators. Key Insights and Core Concepts Widespread Misconceptions and Exploitation: Many people wrongly believe that their problems are caused by magic, possession, or evil eye, leading them to seek help from dubious spiritual healers who often manipulate Islamic terminology for monetary gain. Financial Exploitation: Demanding fixed fees, specific sacrifices (like certain types of goats), or expensive items for spiritual treatment indicates a fraudulent practitioner. Role of Jinn and Spirits: The speaker explains that controlling jinn or claiming to receive help from them is both unethical and un-Islamic. Genuine spiritual personalities avoid such practices and discourage the imprisonment or coercion of jinn.
